Products can be returned within 14 days of product delivery.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the proof of purchase

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded. The products on FINAL SALE will clearly be marked and final sale will be mentioned in the product description
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, RAFFLES & KNOCKED BATS
Unfortunately, customized items, raffle bats, and knocked bats can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged
